Designed for Tire Shredding, which can shred any type of scrap tires into clean pieces or crumbs of about 50mm-80mm. Rubber Shredder is driven by the independently double-roller. During the production the material will be pressed accordingly for automatic feed. During the production process of low speed and high torque, there is no spindle entanglement, or jammed equipment, improving the production efficiency.

Product Description

The tire crushing line is a system for processing waste tires, which is designed to crush waste tires into small particles or rubber powder. The main processes include tire pretreatment, coarse crushing, fine crushing and magnetic separation. First, the waste tires are initially cut and wire-removed, and then the tires are gradually crushed into rubber particles of different sizes through multi-stage crushing equipment, and finally rubber powder is obtained that can be used for recycled rubber products or as fuel. This production line plays an important role in the recycling of waste tires.

Industry Applications

After the waste tires are crushed, the rubber particles and powder produced can be used for a variety of purposes, mainly including the following:

1. Rubber recycled products Recycled rubber: Crushed rubber particles can be processed into recycled rubber through a recycling process and used to make rubber products, such as rubber mats, rubber floors, rubber soles, etc.

2. Rubber modified asphalt Road construction: Rubber powder can be added to asphalt as a modifier to enhance the durability and crack resistance of roads, and is often used in the paving of highways and runways.

3. Heat recovery Alternative fuels: Waste tire particles can be used as industrial fuels to replace coal and oil for high-temperature combustion in cement plants, paper mills, etc., and have a high calorific value.

4. Plastic product fillers Plastic reinforcement materials: Rubber powder can be used as a filler or reinforcement material, added to plastics to improve the elasticity and durability of plastic products. It is commonly found in automotive parts and building materials.

5. Sports venues paving Artificial turf filling: Rubber particles are widely used in sports venues, such as football fields, playgrounds, etc., as filling materials for artificial turf to increase the elasticity and safety of the venue.

6. Soil conditioner Agricultural use: Rubber particles can also be used for soil improvement, increasing soil permeability and water retention, and promoting plant growth.
